Grant Evaluations

 

Charities are encouraged to complete an evaluation form 12 months after receiving funding.

 

Why do we want a Grant Evaluation?

We consider applications carefully, so that we can make the right funding decisions. Having made a grant, Grant Evaluations from charities provide feedback that projects or activities are progressing to meet the identified need, and funds are being used effectively.

 

When do you complete a Grant Evaluation?

You should submit a Grant Evaluation 12 months after every payment you receive. In the case of a grant with a single payment, you would only complete a single Grant Evaluation. In the case of a grant with more than one instalment, you would complete a Grant Evaluation 12 months after each instalment.

 

How do you complete a Grant Evaluation?

You should download the Grant Evaluation Form (see Downloads) and complete the form electronically, and then send it by email to pennynewton@sobellfoundation.org.uk (please do not return it by post).
