Application Process
Once you have read our guidelines and determined that you are eligible please follow the link to our online application form. When you have completed and submitted your application you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt.
Due to the volume of appeals we receive it is likely to be at least three months before we can inform you of the result of your appeal. In some cases it may be considerably longer.
